On Thursday, February 28, 2008, 6 semi finalist couples will be drawn at random.  Each finalist couple will select four friends and will have four hours on Friday, February 29th, and four hours on Saturday, March 1st to design and construct a wedding gown and tux out of toilet tissue on location here at Mercer Mall.  At 2:00 p.m. on Saturday during the Spectacular, each couple will model their toilet tissue attire in a fashion show and for judging at center court.  The judging criteria are Workmanship/Creativity (30%), Originality (30%), Beauty (15%), Accessories (15%), and Quantity of Rolls Used (10%).
